Anutham EXIM PVT LTD in Kolkata, India is a wholely subsiding company of ICE BEVERAGES to sell and market the BIG brand products in Eastern India. Cola becomes cooler when it is Big Cola. Already a sensation in the cola market, this popular brand is a preferred choice as it contains no caffeine. It is not only about being refreshingly cool but about being one step ahead. Though the need for automation in the digital era was missing. Tracking Sales Force Attendance and Daily Activity became a difficult task for them.

Challenges

Anutham was not able to track their SalesForce Attendance. And their primary problem was tracking their users’ daily activity. So the company was searching for some solution which will help them to resolve the Attendance and Tracking Issue. And on the second phase tracking their Secondary Sales.

The 1st event, held in Bangalore, had the best minds of the Indian business world speaking about the disruptive technologies. The entire event was broadcast live on YouTube.

The 2nd event, held at Pune saw an increase in a number of app downloads and online engagement. The graph of DoBig’s success remained increasing since then. During 2015-2016, DoBig events were held in 7 cities and were very successful.

    Now with the help of GoSales Application Anutham has fully automated the Sales Tracking System. Users Attendance, Expense is now fully monitored from the Application. Even users are creating Outlets from the Application which Company is able to see all Outlet on the Google Map. With the help of Route Draw Report Company is able to view the Full day Tracking on Google Map. HR Department’s hassle of generating Attendance and Expense has been solved totally.
