Madura Coats is a subsidiary of Coats, in the market Since 200 years have working to harness talent and technology in textiles to enhance people’s lives—touching everything from sewing thread to medical sutures and fiber optic cables, from high-performance threads used in planes, automobiles and safety equipment to the yarns, fabrics, and accessories that inspire create crafters around the world.

Business Situation


With a huge SQA list, Madura Coats was searching for a solution that will help them to collect the order from the market and the same will flow to their respective Depo of that Area. The same Order will then be executed by the Depo. The management had an urgency to have a tracking a mechanism to monitor their:

  • Sales force including real-time tracking and attendance
  • Secondary sales and distributor performance
  • Sales team performance

The 1st event, held in Bangalore, had the best minds of the Indian business world speaking about the disruptive technologies. The entire event was broadcast live on YouTube.

The 2nd event, held at Pune saw an increase in a number of app downloads and online engagement. The graph of DoBig’s success remained increasing since then. During 2015-2016, DoBig events were held in 7 cities and were very successful.

    Now all orders are taken from the application which is being executed by the Admin of each Department.

    Expense Reports, Daily Sales Reports are also generated daily to monitor the daily sales performance.
