Utalika Luxury, an attempt to create harmony between living space and nature, is one of the ambitious projects of Ambuja Neotia.

  • Ambuja wanted to include a fast performing and user-friendly application as the spearhead of their Utalika marketing strategy. Like any large endeavour, Ambuja had the following challenges to overcome.
  • To deliver the virtual view of the property: The proper virtual view through the app could help the prospective clients to view the property on their devices without coming to the site in person.
  • To offer a mobile brochure: From a client’s perspective, mobile brochures are more convenient. They could know about the details of the property with a finger swipe and save a significant amount of time.
  • To promote Brand Utalika: Ambuja intended to promote Utalika luxury through a mobile application for both of attracting target customers and inspiring word-of-mouth marketing.

The 1st event, held in Bangalore, had the best minds of the Indian business world speaking about the disruptive technologies. The entire event was broadcast live on YouTube.

The 2nd event, held at Pune saw an increase in a number of app downloads and online engagement. The graph of DoBig’s success remained increasing since then. During 2015-2016, DoBig events were held in 7 cities and were very successful.

    • 360° Virtual view option: For providing a complete virtual view of the property to the app user. The client can zoom and rotate for getting a closer view of different parts of the property.
    • Mobile Brochure: : The application itself works as a complete mobile brochure. The client can view the location of the project, specification and details of amenities through the application. Brochure and other important documents are also available inside the app for download.
    • Social sharing: People are usually much open to making any purchase based on their friends’ recommendation. That is why MaxMobility included Social sharing option for word-of-mouth marketing and branding without aggressive marketing.
    • Cross-Platform mobility Solution: MaxMobility developer team decided to develop native apps for two different platforms; Windows and iOS for faster performance and enhanced user experience. The designer team utilised the elements of native OS and familiar designs so that delegates feel comfortable while using the app.

Combined with the digital marketing efforts, the Utalika Luxury application yielded very promising results. For Utalika Luxury phase-I, so far the app has been downloaded over 500 times.

The potential buyers used both contact number and inquiry form to ask for details information. So far, a few hundreds of inquiries are placed through the in-app contact form only.

Since Utalika Luxury is launching phase II, the more inquiry would come through the application soon.
